An antispam and antivirus filtering software is installed on the mail server. Every incoming mail messages is analyzed.
The filter places automatically in quarantine any suspect messages. You are allowed to see and, if needed, to recover your quarantined messages for a limited period (14 days, unless a different range has been set). After that interval, the quarantined mail are automatically deleted.
A digest is sent daily by email to all the users, which contains a list of quarantined messages, if any. The digest includes a link which makes the users able to access their own quarantined messages.
You can access the quarantine at any time by connecting to the antispam system using the email address in the form name.surname@ts.infn.it as username and the INFN's account password.
