In programma giovedì 24 settembre il seminario dal titolo "Qubits for light dark matter searches". Ospite Masashi Hazumi (Department of Physics, National Central University, Taiwan)
Sommario: Axion-like particles (ALPs) are well-motivated candidates for dark matter. In this talk, Masashi Hazumi will describe the recent proposals for using qubits, in particular with diamond sensors, for ALP searches. At the end of the talk, the discussion will focus on future possibilities of utilizing quantum entanglement to further enhance the sensitivity.
